A parking and transportation marketplace designed to simplify access and create new revenue opportunities.

Park-N-Lot is a two-sided marketplace connecting drivers with underutilized parking and transportation assets across urban markets. The platform reduces friction for everyday commuters while creating a scalable income channel for property owners, lot operators, and fleet managers — turning idle assets into active revenue.

The Challenge

Urban parking is fragmented, opaque, and inefficient. Drivers waste time and fuel searching for available spots while property owners sit on underutilized assets with no easy way to monetize them. Existing solutions were either too complex for casual hosts or too limited for commercial operators — leaving a clear gap in the market for a platform built to serve both.

The Solution

We designed and built a full-stack marketplace platform with real-time availability, dynamic pricing, and a streamlined host onboarding flow. The architecture supports both individual lot owners and enterprise fleet operators — giving the platform commercial depth without sacrificing consumer simplicity. Every feature was built to reduce friction on both sides of the marketplace.

My Role

As founder and product lead at Cree8tiveminds Global Solutions, I defined the market opportunity, shaped the product vision, and led the end-to-end build. I directed platform architecture decisions, oversaw UX design and user flow strategy, managed full-stack development, and established the go-to-market approach. I own the product roadmap and continue to drive feature development and market expansion.
